Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery — United Kingdom Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Free on all orders.

Delivery — International (Rest of World) Standard international delivery: 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and local customs processing.

Import duties & taxes For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Restricted destinations We reserve the right to decline orders to destinations where delivery cannot be guaranteed or where legal restrictions apply.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 21 business days (international), contact us at contact@vaytan.com and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at contact@vaytan.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
