30-day money-back guarantee We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to return Email contact@vaytan.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process. You do not need to provide a reason.

Refund timeline Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return or approving your request. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

UK statutory rights Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This right is in addition to our 30-day guarantee. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@vaytan.com within 14 days of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days, or a repair or replacement thereafter.

International returns If you are outside the UK, you may still return your product within 30 days under our money-back guarantee.
